I don't know, but I assume whenever he was fully fit his agent would have informed all the clubs at our level and above. He resigned for us, which was great, but the fact he did suggests we either made him the best offer or the only offer.

Point being that people make out like he was sat all summer desperate for an offer when the only evidence out there is that he was still doing rehab work until asking Killie for training facilities a few weeks before we signed him.

He was at a couple of our games in September and October and was still clearly uncomfortable moving about, taking the stairs in the stand, etc.

Could it be that the offer for him to return for the x amount of months he did was significant and the revised offer is a reduction of an over inflated offer given where we were at the time?

Think that it’s time we moved on. He was offered a deal and it was rejected. Time to look foward…..

Still nothing been confirmed about O'Connor re signing think that was a good few weeks ago he was offered a deal. I know people might be away on holiday etc but seems a long time.

Huge upgrade on what we had last season in his natural position, and great to have a full back who's entirely comfortable moving across to the other side if needed. Very happy with that.
