I'd have taken a point before kick off however leading twice and not holding that isn't good enough.

While disappointing to be pegged back twice, a draw away from home is never a bad result for us at Championship level. It just underlines how much of a stupid missed opportunity last week's game was: 4 points from 6 would have been a very good haul.

We clearly need to up our game for the rearranged fixture next Saturday, but I've no doubt that this message is being sent to the players rather than the birthday card pish our previous loser managers specialised in.

The site is supposed to be a place for the extended 'family' of Morton supporters - having an affinity with people that you don't know, because you share a love of your local football club. It's not supposed to be about point scoring and showing how 'clever' or 'funny' you are, or just being downright rude and offensive to people you don't know, because you can get away with it. Unfortunately, it seems the classic case of people who have little standing/presence in real life, use this forum as a way of making themselves feel as if they are something. It's sad, and I've said that before..

So, having been on Morton forums for about 15 years I guess, I've had enough... well done t*ssers, another Morton supporter driven away. You can all feel happy at how 'clever' you are

Dodgy stream but we looked a far better side once again when McGrattan came on and King did well in CM. I'd start those two next week for one of Miller (he looked better today) or Quitongo and Blues who needs dropped. His first touch is shocking.

Three home games in a row now to really get the season back on track.

7th, closing in on 8th. Fuck sake.

1) There's two points between 4th and 7th in the table.

2) We have games in hand over every other team in the division.

3) We also have 9 of our last 14 games at Cappielow. Only Dundee (8) have even close to our kind fixture list coming up.

None of that matters of course if we stink the place out in those home games like we did in the second half last Saturday, and the defensive slackness is a genuine concern. But even based on current performances, we're still in a bit of a false position in the table. I don't see why Inverness (6 home games left) should be happier with that result and their prospects for the rest of the league season, put it that way.

You'd have taken that before the game, but after leading twice it's two points dropped. Across this six game winless run we've led in three of them; prior to this run there'd only been one game we hadn't won this season after taking the lead.

Miller was excellent there which is encouraging. An absolute peach of a strike and hopefully he kicks on from here.

Considering how bad we have been recently I wasn't feeling confident away to Inverness so a point isn't the worst result but yeah considering we were leading its poor.

Our defence was so solid for a large part and now it seems every week we are leaking goals Schwake also seems to be making a lot more errors. Our form recently has been honking, however this does stop the run of defeats and we have a good amount of games at Cappielow but we need to start winning if we want to have any hope of making the playoffs.

Should we be getting Ambrose back in? He really steadied the ship for us in his first few appearances. We’re shipping goals each week.

Seems strange to drop him. I know he was at least partly responsible for Celtic’s second goal but he is still a decent player with a lot of experience. What matters is what he does against Championship level teams. However if others are doing the business more effectively, they may oust him on merit - but I think our last couple of games suggest defensive fragility. Also Schwake’s name seems to be cropping up in post mortems rather too much for my liking recently although we have nobody else for his position.

I have a feeling we will see better next weekend. Btw why no Oakley yesterday?

Highlights up.

Saying this a lot recently but small margins costing us big time. For their first goal Jai tries to beat a man on the edge of the box. Blues has to score with an open goal in front of him. Their second goal is poor defending from us again.
