I'm sure I heard that the stadium was being locked down for the rest of the week? Probably just a precaution I guess.

On this subject, actually - is anyone going to clarify how long the club's closed for, given that the latest announcement says the club's open 9-12 and 1-5 on weekdays? Or is this just the ITK folk who get to know?

Still, cheeky wee "holiday" for our fearless volunteers.

Given their attitude to fans so far, that's probably a feature, not a bug.

They wouldn't be the only ones going by Stranraer's "sorry but Covid means that all the tickets for the League Cup game need to be issued in triplicate to our 170 home fans - but feel free to purchase a shitey Pixellot steam for a tenner from us instead" line last weekend.

Half of Scotland's football boardrooms are pumping the air at any opportunity to punt undesirables (either home or away fans) onto a stream rather than having them within earshot of the directors' box.

The site is supposed to be a place for the extended 'family' of Morton supporters - having an affinity with people that you don't know, because you share a love of your local football club. It's not supposed to be about point scoring and showing how 'clever' or 'funny' you are, or just being downright rude and offensive to people you don't know, because you can get away with it. Unfortunately, it seems the classic case of people who have little standing/presence in real life, use this forum as a way of making themselves feel as if they are something. It's sad, and I've said that before..

So, having been on Morton forums for about 15 years I guess, I've had enough... well done t*ssers, another Morton supporter driven away. You can all feel happy at how 'clever' you are

Duh. Why didnt I think of that. Probably just post a letter to ask. It'll be quicker. They might have to disinfect it and open it under laboratory conditions to read it though

Confirmed

There's a storm on the horizon

And for that I can't see the sun

For I'll keep a waiting on the pavement

For the ice cream van to come

If someone like McGregor gets game time again off the bench against Clyde or v Annan in the Challenge Cup and consistently stands out as being as good or better than first team regulars then you can start saying he should feature more and see how he does with sub appearances here and there, but it'll take more than tonight to suggest he's ready for Championship football and that a loan move to a level like the Lowland League or League Two wouldn't be a better platform.

I take it all back. Get a five year deal on the table at half-time.
