As of a few minutes ago, they were not on the Smith's website.

Per Twitter and the official site, they're avaialble for pre-order at 9am on Tuesday.

Per the official site, COVID-related supply chain issues mean there is no actual release date yet but it's expected to be the second half of August. That's a fair bit later than I would have hoped but I do accept that this is a risk of working with a smaller supplier and one that is worth taking.

Was just reading through some of the comments again, it's like a script from the Great British Sewing Bee.

🤣🤣🤣

This is the exact mindset that led to the 2017 kit 'launch' that had to be redone. Most people care about the quality of things they are looking at buying. It's not in any way unreasonable to look at cut, fit, material quality etc. Certainly the club would have concerned themselves with these things.

What's the deal with merchandising anyway? Are smiths still in control and pay us a fee? Always felt that was a shitey deal made by the club due to not wanting to take any commercial responsibility for anything.

Good people will do good things, bad people will do bad things, but only with religion do good people do bad things!

I don't disagree, but given that no one has actually clapped eyes on the finished item yet some of the comments are a wee bit premature.

First impression of the home top is good, can take or leave the other one myself. S Shades of the 'limited edition' anniversary top they pulled out for the 140th(?) year, and smarter* for the lack of sponsor.

The site is supposed to be a place for the extended 'family' of Morton supporters - having an affinity with people that you don't know, because you share a love of your local football club. It's not supposed to be about point scoring and showing how 'clever' or 'funny' you are, or just being downright rude and offensive to people you don't know, because you can get away with it. Unfortunately, it seems the classic case of people who have little standing/presence in real life, use this forum as a way of making themselves feel as if they are something. It's sad, and I've said that before..

So, having been on Morton forums for about 15 years I guess, I've had enough... well done t*ssers, another Morton supporter driven away. You can all feel happy at how 'clever' you are

They look decent enough. If I was younger, I’d buy the pair of them, but I’m too old now to be cutting about in a football shirt. I’ll probably pick up the home one to add to the collection, price permitting.

I was just reading the official site and seen this. Second half of August?!

I get that small companies will have supply issues but ffs. I'll have forgotten about them by then.

Peter Weatherson is the greatest player since Ritchie, and should be assigned 'chairman for life'

Does this mean that the yellow away kit from last season is being retained as our away kit?

McGhee needs some support, there's no-one backing him up.
Hayes playing it forward, Bell being forced to do it all alone, now forward from Marr, here's Ritchie, still Andy Ritchie, look at the control...

That is a marvellous goal from Andy Ritchie. Twenty minutes on the clock and Morton's supporters come alive. A goal which epitomises the control, the arrogance, the cheek of Andy Ritchie.
