What's everyone's preferred line up for tonight?

                    Fox

Ledger.  Fjortoft. McLean. Strapp

                 McGinn

      Lyon.                 Colville

Nesbitt.     Oliver.       McGuffie

I'd be shocked to see anything like this in the midfield or up front.

There's a storm on the horizon

And for that I can't see the sun

For I'll keep a waiting on the pavement

For the ice cream van to come

Official site preview:

Match Preview | Airdrie - Greenock Morton FC (gmfc.net)

McAdams is the only absence so it'll be Scott "Morton Legend" Fox in goal.

That means Orsi is fit again, unless he's just not been mentioned in the preview.

Don't even think about it, Gus.

Jacobs is available, you wouldn't have him starting?

I didn't know he was mate.

I don't see the need for two sitting midfielders but Gus will no doubt go with that.

Maybe he's not, I'm just going off the team news.

I'm in two minds. I can see risks in being static against a tiring team, and I can also see risks in having a forward-looking midfield.

The site is supposed to be a place for the extended 'family' of Morton supporters - having an affinity with people that you don't know, because you share a love of your local football club. It's not supposed to be about point scoring and showing how 'clever' or 'funny' you are, or just being downright rude and offensive to people you don't know, because you can get away with it. Unfortunately, it seems the classic case of people who have little standing/presence in real life, use this forum as a way of making themselves feel as if they are something. It's sad, and I've said that before..

So, having been on Morton forums for about 15 years I guess, I've had enough... well done t*ssers, another Morton supporter driven away. You can all feel happy at how 'clever' you are

Can't see Gus changing too much so slightly fear the worst.

Airdrie have got to throw everything at us so I expect a fast and furious start before the game settles and we go through our usual period of find the midget forward. If it's all square at ht (and McGinty's not on the park) then we should have more than enough to break some lanarkshire hearts.

No extra time or pens please - Just win baby and consign this season to the bin.

I think you'll find that JJ's free-scoring shock troops TPS have managed three goals in as many matches in the Finnish second tier. Unfortunately they've shipped four and they're marooned in 9th place after a 2-1 home loss to Jaro. Sunday brings a monumental clash against something called "MP."
