There can be absolutely no excuses for failing to beat a part-time team that has played twice this midweek in tomorrow's cup game.

The site is supposed to be a place for the extended 'family' of Morton supporters - having an affinity with people that you don't know, because you share a love of your local football club. It's not supposed to be about point scoring and showing how 'clever' or 'funny' you are, or just being downright rude and offensive to people you don't know, because you can get away with it. Unfortunately, it seems the classic case of people who have little standing/presence in real life, use this forum as a way of making themselves feel as if they are something. It's sad, and I've said that before..

So, having been on Morton forums for about 15 years I guess, I've had enough... well done t*ssers, another Morton supporter driven away. You can all feel happy at how 'clever' you are

I would have liked to have seen us give McLean a rest and have Sterling up front with Orsi, with Jacobs sitting in front of the back four in a midfield diamond. This maybe would have given us a chance to have gone with a more attacking version of the type of system we've been playing, but I suppose I can't blame MacPherson for wanting to keep more continuity than that.

McGinn injured?

Either cup tied or Hibs don't want him playing in the cup, don't think he played v Dunfermline either.

Peter Weatherson is the greatest player since Ritchie, and should be assigned 'chairman for life'

We looked comfortable for 10 minutes or so after giving the early chance away, but making defensive errors out of nowhere, with no real pressure, has given them a big lift. We need to get control of this match, because they've got their tails up here. You'd think we were a man down the way it is at the moment.

This is pish. Blues playing wide right by the looks of it, and we better hope East Fife slow down as the game goes on. They look comfortable.
