port-ton
Listened to first 5 minutes just to get a feel and sounds like it is going to be a good listen. Will listen to the rest when I have time. Was worried that with so many people on at once that everyone would be talking over each other but was pleasantly surprised. Great work guys. 1 Good people will do good things, bad people will do bad things, but only with religion do good people do bad things!

It's like a Morton version of 'A view from the Terrace'. All that's missing is the obligatory Partick Thistle supporter, who happens to be more camp than a row of tents. You should get Port Ton on it for diversity etc. Anyway, that was 44mins and 30 seconds before the real talking point about Morton was mentioned - Sir Lewis John Strapp. He is going to be a £25million player - to put that into context, that the equivalent value of 2,500 Brian Wake's at his very peak. Just let that sink in.
GiGi
Topping off the podcast with some vintage commentary was a nice touch. Peter Weatherson is the greatest player since Ritchie, and should be assigned 'chairman for life'

While the interference was unfortunate I'm sure you recognise the background noise was probably avoidable and made it a harder listen that it probably needed to be (perhaps due to equipment limitations?) I'm sure over time with better tech and the benefit of hindsight the interviews will go from strength to strength, and it was certainly interesting to get a behind the scenes view from that period and I look forward to hearing from other past players and legends. If there's a Patreon or similar setup that helps the podcast invest in better equipment I'm sure plenty of us would throw a few pounds your way to help What Carew can do with a ball, I can do with an orange
