Take the Motherwell/Hearts cup games as an example, there was overcrowding in the shed to the point the main stairs on the half way line were completely rammed (a safety risk in its own right); remove the wall and folk would just gather up there, blocking the main exit in event of an emergency. It's not as easy as just taking a wall down for convenience sake. It wouldn't provide a viewing point anyway because people stand at the back where the wall currently is. The site is supposed to be a place for the extended 'family' of Morton supporters - having an affinity with people that you don't know, because you share a love of your local football club. It's not supposed to be about point scoring and showing how 'clever' or 'funny' you are, or just being downright rude and offensive to people you don't know, because you can get away with it. Unfortunately, it seems the classic case of people who have little standing/presence in real life, use this forum as a way of making themselves feel as if they are something. It's sad, and I've said that before.. So, having been on Morton forums for about 15 years I guess, I've had enough... well done t*ssers, another Morton supporter driven away. You can all feel happy at how 'clever' you are

You can argue the fairness of that either way but the wee boy I know was absolutely gutted. Massive Morton fan who gets bought all the club strips and merchandise etc who absolutely loved his role and is now disenfranchised from the club. Losing loyal and valuable office staff, kit men and now ball boys since the arrival of Dale. Funny that. he was a media guy at his previous clubs and was brought in to do general manager duties with no experience in working in a football department yet he couldn’t get his hands on doing player negotiations/recruitment and fluffing his CV quick enough while we go in to the first game of another season with the matchday experience a shambles again. Do your actual job Dale. A goalie coach and now a fucking ballboy? You don't half go on tear stained crusades on some utterly irrelevant shite.

Yet for some strange reason this particular issue has you flailing around without actually identifying any specific examples of your 'point'. I reckon the ball boys would make a more telling contribution tbh. gmfc_craig
A little bored today and found an Umbro kit builder online and had a wee play about with it. I don't know when our Joma deal comes to an end but I came up with this...

While strips have been brought up whats everyone's thoughts on coming away from the hooped home top for season? Perhaps a throwback to an Argentina style top or the McGraw pinstripes? Maybe even a variant of a many blue or white top. The Bewilderedbeast
I'd go for the pinstripe, not a great fan if the vertically striped strips we've had other than that one.
Ton in Shawlands
I would say narrower blue pinstripes than on the replica ones in recent year, I liked the idea until I bought one then wasn't too convinced (Or just go 'fulll' Parma with Yellow & Blue?) I think the last few home kits were declared to the league with white listed as the main colour, and blue as the secondary colour. My understand of the rules is that this would prevent us from having an away kit with the same colour scheme. You address me by my proper title, you little bollocks! Passes – GMFC TV If you live abroad and haven't done so already, I highly recommend purchasing this live match streaming subscription. It's a no-frills service without commentary, but streaming quality is generally pretty good and it's more-or-less glitch free. Not as good as actually being at the game of course, but it's the next best thing. Edited August 29 by Cet Homme Charmant
