Remember the news articles linking Tam O'Ware with a move to Wolves, how did that work out for him?

Remember his retweeting all such articles on his Twitter like he believed it was actually going to happen?

From Pie and Bovril this evening:

"Jack Baird is the lightning rod of my fury. I'm sick of the fucking sight of him. He's not a Captain, I doubt he could spell leadership. He's also culpable for about one in every two goals we concede. He'd be the first of many punted into the sea if it was up to me."

The site is supposed to be a place for the extended 'family' of Morton supporters - having an affinity with people that you don't know, because you share a love of your local football club. It's not supposed to be about point scoring and showing how 'clever' or 'funny' you are, or just being downright rude and offensive to people you don't know, because you can get away with it. Unfortunately, it seems the classic case of people who have little standing/presence in real life, use this forum as a way of making themselves feel as if they are something. It's sad, and I've said that before..

So, having been on Morton forums for about 15 years I guess, I've had enough... well done t*ssers, another Morton supporter driven away. You can all feel happy at how 'clever' you are

He's just sent a ball into near-Earth orbit from about twelve yards out as well.

Greg Kiltie puts Killie 2-1 up against the midden in the Scottish Cup.

McGhee needs some support, there's no-one backing him up.
Hayes playing it forward, Bell being forced to do it all alone, now forward from Marr, here's Ritchie, still Andy Ritchie, look at the control...

That is a marvellous goal from Andy Ritchie. Twenty minutes on the clock and Morton's supporters come alive. A goal which epitomises the control, the arrogance, the cheek of Andy Ritchie.

I remember him firstly from a Scottish Cup tie away to East Fife, when my Dad told me they signed him from Morton.

Scored in the home game against East Fife a fortnight earlier.

Got a hat-trick in a 6-0 win over Clydebank, one in a 9-1 win over Stenny and 5 in a Renfrewshire Cup semi.

Thanks for the info AT. My Dad liked him as a player and also liked his name!

I remember the name.  I was at that 9-1 win against Stenny.  I don't think he was a regular in the 66-67 team but in those days we had players like Joe Mason, Jorn Sorensen and Billy "Dolly" Gray.

"Any nation given the opportunity to regain its national sovereignty and which then rejects it is so far beneath contempt that it is hard to put words to it."

The wheels are well and truly off at FGR. They're out of the playoff spots following a 2-0 home loss to Barrow. In fact they've won just one of their last 10 games. Cadden's missed the last two games with injury.

On Friday, Cambridge travel to Harrogate for a game in which a draw will all but seal promotion. Morecambe in 4th will in that case be 6 points and 15 goals behind with just two games to play.

Hope Iredale has a promotion bonus in his contract.

Scott Tiffoney and Brian Graham have each scored as Partick lead Falkirk 3-0 at half-time.

Shame Cove are beating Montrose. Not only have Falkirk blown the title (🤣🤣🤣) but there was a chance they could even drop out of the Playoffs.
