vikingTON Posted September 17, 2010 Posted September 17, 2010 Can only see one winner tomorrow, if we can get either a decent performance or an battling point then I'd be happy enough. 3-0 home win. The site is supposed to be a place for the extended 'family' of Morton supporters - having an affinity with people that you don't know, because you share a love of your local football club. It's not supposed to be about point scoring and showing how 'clever' or 'funny' you are, or just being downright rude and offensive to people you don't know, because you can get away with it. Unfortunately, it seems the classic case of people who have little standing/presence in real life, use this forum as a way of making themselves feel as if they are something. It's sad, and I've said that before.. So, having been on Morton forums for about 15 years I guess, I've had enough... well done t*ssers, another Morton supporter driven away. You can all feel happy at how 'clever' you are
tom Posted September 17, 2010 Posted September 17, 2010 Can't see us getting anything from this. Single goal home win.
mortonfc123 Posted September 17, 2010 Posted September 17, 2010 i think we will win 1-0 tommorow, back to our 4-4-2 formation and we wont lose a goal. stewart kean the scorer with fitzharris the creator. c'mon lads theres no point in going to the games thinking were going to get beat. c'mon a bit of optimism last week was a one off. c'mon the ton
centralTON Posted September 17, 2010 Posted September 17, 2010 Really a "home" game for me as I can walk to the ground from my house. Not hopeful having been to all the league games so far this season and would settle for a draw. Me and the wee man will get it tight if Falkirk win, especially if it's by a few goals.
The Naitch Posted September 17, 2010 Posted September 17, 2010 First visit to TFS so it's another ground to chalk off. Don't think we'll be taking too much from the game - if we can hold them to a point I think we'd be doing well. So, with that, I'm gonna plump for 0-0. "To be the man, you gotta beat the man"
Cawston Posted September 17, 2010 Posted September 17, 2010 Sticking a tenner on Falkirk, free money. Along the track the train came puffin, Morton 1 Celtic nuffin.
mortonfc123 Posted September 17, 2010 Posted September 17, 2010 Sticking a tenner on Falkirk, free money. free money for the bookies =))
IainMorton Posted September 17, 2010 Posted September 17, 2010 Decided last night that I am gonna go, still not expecting much and will be delighted if we can take a point from this although the Bairns fans on PnB are saying it might not be as easy for them as we think!!

LargsTON Posted September 17, 2010 Posted September 17, 2010 Sticking a tenner on Falkirk, free money. I've put on 5 coupons this season, winning 3 and losing 2. Of the two I lost Morton bust them both by drawing against Stirling and losing to Cowdenbeath last week. I really fancy Falkirk to turn us over, just as I fancied us in the above 2 games so for that reason I'm backing a Ton win tomorrow. Bizarre logic I know. "CORNBEEF IS A BELLEND"
ThornTON Posted September 17, 2010 Posted September 17, 2010 Sticking a tenner on Falkirk, free money. Is it really worth it for 1/2?
LargsTON Posted September 17, 2010 Posted September 17, 2010 Is it really worth it for 1/2? Better sticking half the amount on draw no bet. Morton are 3/1 for that or 15/4 to win. "CORNBEEF IS A BELLEND"
C B Posted September 17, 2010 Posted September 17, 2010 i was only slagging off bachirou, stewart and weatherson. theres a difference i still support them when there playing on matchdays ok fair enough, but if those three are playing, which they probably will be, then I struggle to see how you can be optimistic
Tonsilitis Posted September 17, 2010 Posted September 17, 2010 I hear McKinlay is back tomorrow so we should be back to our regular 4-4-2. I don't hold out much hope but I am hoping there is a reaction in the team tomorrow to the stick they have taken. I think a chastened Tidser will keep his place but am hoping Brian Graham gets a start probably alongside Kean as he cannot do worse than our other forwards. Weatherson looks as though his injury is still affecting him and maybe he needs to be dropped until it is properly sorted. We all know he can score so lets get him fit and then play him.
KingsTON Posted September 17, 2010 Posted September 17, 2010 Me and the wee man will get it tight if Falkirk win, especially if it's by a few goals. Not as tight as me, mate. Im led to believe a certain Falkirk player will have a subtle wee t-shirt on under his top for that very reason ...
lemmington Posted September 17, 2010 Posted September 17, 2010 1-1 Let's get it right 1st time in League 1.No excuses.

Bizarre logic I know. **shakes head** Must have money to burn, mate. Best you never touch us on a coupon again. McGhee needs some support, there's no-one backing him up. Hayes playing it forward, Bell being forced to do it all alone, now forward from Marr, here's Ritchie, still Andy Ritchie, look at the control... That is a marvellous goal from Andy Ritchie. Twenty minutes on the clock and Morton's supporters come alive. A goal which epitomises the control, the arrogance, the cheek of Andy Ritchie.
TRVMP Posted September 17, 2010 Posted September 17, 2010 Can't see past a defeat based on what I've been hearing on the webcasts
mortonfc123 Posted September 17, 2010 Posted September 17, 2010 --> QUOTE(C B @ Sep 17 2010, 03:58 PM) 770993[/snapback] ok fair enough, but if those three are playing, which they probably will be, then I struggle to see how you can be optimistic i am optimistic going into every game, if i wasn't i wouldn't still be going to every game.
