capitanus
Rino Gattuso's debut as AC Milan manager was spoiled by a last minute equaliser as the Benevento goalkeeper came up for a free kick and scored with a header. Amusing. *insert signature here*
TaunTon
I liked Gattuso as a player. I expect he'll be reserving a seat in the stand before long though.
LinwoodTON
I liked Gattuso as a player. I expect he'll be reserving a seat in the stand before long though. Likewise. Players with the amount of passion he had as a player are few and far between nowadays. <span style='font-size: 14px;'><em class='bbc'>"That LinwoodTon's a c*nt, eh?"</em></span>
capitanus
A greasy younger version of Stuart McCall. Rangers under Walter Smith didnt play him because they already had Stuart McCall in the team, only for him to be frozen out under Dick Advocaat then went on to become the mainstay of the AC Milan and Italy midfield for the next decade or so. Along with Marco Negri, Mikael Arteta, Andre Kanchelskis, Giovanni Van Bronckhurst, Stephane Guivarch, Erik Bo Andersen, Oleg Salenko and more, it's a bewildering thing why some players with the pedigree to play for the biggest and best in Europe at the time were either labeled as 'shite' by the Rangers support or not given a fair chance by the management, or just simply decided to down tools for the club. By sheer contrast, they loved Nacho Novo and Scott Nisbet. Strange club. *insert signature here*
