adder4 Posted August 22, 2019 Share Posted August 22, 2019 Just been on the phone to Morton about my fan card I ordered 15/7/19 to get posted cost £4 called twice told it would be posted and nothing .I find out today that last years season ticket can be used as a fan card if not renewing but there is not one bit of info on the Morton ticket site explaining this I would have saved me £4. It’s utterly ridiculous this is still an issue. Get this two bob nonsense chased and install a normal working ticket system, as a matter of urgency. Still says collect ag office and when using existing card details it allows others to be added which could be a bit confusing for users along with the whole block thing (if it works). The bit that worries me more though is them having a responsibility to securely store my details when they can't get the basics right. The site really needs redeveloped. Seemed to work on mobile. There was also the issue that the site is charging completely different prices from what the website says they should be and different again from what the match preview says they should be. Golden tan maintained it was not an issue but when did he last pay for a ticket to a game of football? The fan card has been a waste of time for me and the end result it I am attending less games.
