Jai should be left on the shelf . He demonstrated promise 2 years ago. Unfortunately for all that hasn’t came to fruition. If we get some development fee ( do we ?) then we will be lucky . And to think his old man was attempting to bully Scotland U21s to play him or he would go to Portugal . FFS

I admire your enthusiasm mate but my gut tells me it's all going to go tits up this season.

I fear we’ll never have a fully fit squad all season. Therefore, we’ll be supplementing decent players with dross. Only time will tell were that will leave us. But right now I would take 8th.

Until we get some decent investment our only way out of this league is through the trapdoor.

Really guys. Give it a fucking rest pre season n the leauge cups not been great who gives a fuck this season is all about the league.

If we had a settled squad fair enough but nothings perfect give ray a fucking crack at the leauge n if 15 games in we are shit then judge him.

Exactly. I'm still right behind him.

This is more a response to your previous post. July should always be a time of blind optimism.

Getting skudded by some dross late August is generally the point for shear pessimism. It worked two years ago!!

Anyone saying we'll be bottom half at the table has clearly not seen the standard of football we played against recent Premiership outfit while our squad is incomplete and riddled with injuries. We can wait and see what the situation is in November and until then, lay off the club when we're clearly trying to push on in the correct direction. Being concerned is normal, saying we're more likely to go down than up is an attitude that can get bent.

Surely there's nothing wrong with giving an honest opinion? No point in saying how positive you feel if you don't.

I'm pretty positive going into this season but we could still finish bottom half purely because the league will be so competitive next season. Even Ayr look like they will have a decent season.

Have we though?  Did the surgeon that performed his last op not do it for free as he believed he had a great career?  That shows we weren't willing to pay for the op same as with McGowan, I wouldn't call that sticking by him.

And the surgery before that? The rehab time?

Best part of 2 years he has been injured.

TIME FOR CHANGE!
