capitanus
A game like today's and you could launch half-full cans at the players at full time. *insert signature here*
EanieMeany
You just know Morton would sell flat, warm pints of Carling. AWMSC
dunning1874
If it brings revenue into the club then happy days. We could have bar areas and sky ports news on show or even have a proper bar, watch the 12pm KO before our game and the club gets the profits. Would watch. capitanus
Well, the Pies are still greasy, albeit less so, despite the response from the Auld's MD. As Football supporters, we expect to pay over the odds for food and drink which we would regard as below par in comparison with what would be on offer at say, a cinema, concert venue or a shopping centre food court. However, it's choice. Nobody is under any obligation to buy a pint but it would be nice to have the freedom to do so, just like rugby punters do in this country, and just like our Football supporting counterparts do in other parts of the UK and Europe. *insert signature here*
vikingTON
I see that LinwoodTON has yet to set out the exorbitant costs that would make it a non-starter for clubs to serve a pint, as opposed to the hot food, Bovril and those shitey wee Capri-Suns that are sold no bother on every matchday. The site is supposed to be a place for the extended 'family' of Morton supporters - having an affinity with people that you don't know, because you share a love of your local football club. It's not supposed to be about point scoring and showing how 'clever' or 'funny' you are, or just being downright rude and offensive to people you don't know, because you can get away with it. Unfortunately, it seems the classic case of people who have little standing/presence in real life, use this forum as a way of making themselves feel as if they are something. It's sad, and I've said that before.. So, having been on Morton forums for about 15 years I guess, I've had enough... well done t*ssers, another Morton supporter driven away. You can all feel happy at how 'clever' you are

Id rather do this than go to the pubs of greenock TIME FOR CHANGE!
