Slim pickings. Kiltie was our most important player this year so picked him. He'd have skooshed it if he'd been here all year.

Good people will do good things, bad people will do bad things, but only with religion do good people do bad things!

Tidser. By far our best player at the start of the season. His goals and assists have been important throughout. He made a big difference when he came back into the starting line-up for the last few games.

Kiltie made an important impact as well over the last couple of months of the season, but less of an impact overall. I don't think anyone else really comes into the conversation.

It's Kiltie all day long. we'd be relegated without him. It's irrelevant how few games he played in relation to the others, he had the biggest positive influence of anybody on our season.

I think the Tele's ranking system has got it correct over the course of the season. Millar has been consistently good and therefore merits POTY over Tidser, who started and finished well but was missing (literally or otherwise) for large spells of the second and third quarters of the campaign. I've gone for Kiltie though because his impact speaks for itself and I don't believe in giving anyone who has been at the club all season a pat on the back. It was a mince campaign.

The site is supposed to be a place for the extended 'family' of Morton supporters - having an affinity with people that you don't know, because you share a love of your local football club. It's not supposed to be about point scoring and showing how 'clever' or 'funny' you are, or just being downright rude and offensive to people you don't know, because you can get away with it. Unfortunately, it seems the classic case of people who have little standing/presence in real life, use this forum as a way of making themselves feel as if they are something. It's sad, and I've said that before..

So, having been on Morton forums for about 15 years I guess, I've had enough... well done t*ssers, another Morton supporter driven away. You can all feel happy at how 'clever' you are

They were all dreadful. Tidser probably pips it for the 9 or so games he contributed in. Cant give it to Kiltie for his 3 good games. Actually, just cancel player of the year for this season.

It was a season to forget, though I’d pick Tidser because he’s probably the only one I’d pay in to watch if I didn’t have a season ticket.

As far as I'm aware, the site pays for itself through advertising.

Click, click, click.

Ah well, if that’s the case then it’s a complete outrage that the site owner hasn’t went out of his way to go buy a trophy to present to Tids on behalf of an internet forum consisting of approximately 20-30 regular posters.

After all, the site pays for itself through advertising.
