  1. Either I'm having a fever dream, or Andrew Barrowman is part of a consortium that now owns Raith Rovers and he's the CEO. https://www.raithrovers.net/61496/a-new-era-for-rrfc.htm
  2. Haha yep fair enough, although I see their manager has really bought into their project and jumped ship as soon as possible.
  3. Nicely written there you absolute spanner
  4. I can hear the sound of recycled bottles breaking in Gloucestershire, beat again on Saturday and fan-owned Exeter are now top of the league
  5. https://www.efl.com/news/2022/april/football-manager-efl-team-of-the-season-line-ups-announced/ Named in the League 2 Team of the Year as well, they may yet throw away the league title though as they got beat again tonight.
  6. Supporter owned Exeter City win promotion to League One https://www.bbc.com/sport/football/60357319 with five of the starting lineup graduates of their Academy.
  7. I ask because I'm confused about how the club is run and I don't think that has been made clear by the club or MCT. Is MCT running the club on a day to day basis? I had assumed not, hence why there's a CEO and his staff and MCT say community owned not run, but then why is a club director responsible for social media output? Or is he not part of MCT anymore? Who does the post-match interviews? And why don't we hear from players anymore?
  8. Is that MCT's fault, or is it the club's? What is the CEO doing? Isn't it his responsibility to run the club on a day-to-day basis, which in turn includes the social media/content output of the club?
  9. Perhaps he meant because he's now involved in MCT - and speaks to MCT/club board members - it's given him an insight into what it takes to run a football club, which is more complicated than he'd imagined?
  10. When he left us he joined Postecoglou's Brisbane Roar and won back-to-back A-League Championships. Also, the Roar were managed on an interim basis in 2019 by Darren Davies (who kept the seat warm for Robbie Fowler).
  11. It was chief of ticketing and retail operations thank you. Don't forget all those programmes I sold.
  12. I disagree with your analysis that the scheme is lurching from disaster to disaster because a director resigned. And no I'm not involved with MCT other than being a member.
