  1. I'm not sure mate. Very few players a few months short of their 37th birthday have another full season left starting as a main striker most weeks. I think Graham will be a much depleted force next season.
  2. I think it could be the other way around with Graham approaching 37. If its purely down to wages I'd like to think we could keep him for the sake of a couple of hundred quid a week, especially with the supposed increased budget.
  3. With regards to next season I'd be happy if we kept Mullen, Baird, O'Connor, Strapp, Wilson, Crawford, Blues and Oakley. Not that arsed about the rest.
  4. Well if we're 6 figures in the black I'd like to see Imries budget increased further allowing us to aim for a higher placed finish which would potentially offset any increase through prize money. Do we have details of the difference between the budget of this season and next?
  5. I wouldn't suggest spending outwith our means but surely a bit of speculation is required at times such as this.
  6. I can stomach the style of football we play under Imrie when we're seeing success on the park but my patience is running thin now.
  7. Quitongo was our best player tonight which says it all.
  8. I didn't think Ayr looked threatening at all tbh. Still fancy us to get at least a point.
  9. Despite VT mooting an error O'Connor made against Ross County many moons ago I'd still always start the tried and trusted partnership of him and Baird whenever available. Muirhead shouldn't be starting either but I suppose we've little other option and he has to recover form at some point I suppose. Home win. Delighted if I'm proved wrong but I fear the worst tonight.
  10. That's down to the manager surely and not John Laird?
  11. Must admit I don't recall O'Connor having any bad games.
  12. Wasn't there due to work but I'm continually baffled at the omission of O'Connor who's debatably our best and most consistent defender. He and Baird should both start when fit without exception.
  13. I'm guessing Airdrie have the wind at their backs just now
