Is this the round that we have to take part in because someone f**ked our play-off chances last season?

McGhee needs some support, there's no-one backing him up.
Hayes playing it forward, Bell being forced to do it all alone, now forward from Marr, here's Ritchie, still Andy Ritchie, look at the control...

That is a marvellous goal from Andy Ritchie. Twenty minutes on the clock and Morton's supporters come alive. A goal which epitomises the control, the arrogance, the cheek of Andy Ritchie.

Erm yes, imagine having to enter the draw at a round when it is stacked full of permadiddy Highland League clubs. What a crying shame.

The site is supposed to be a place for the extended 'family' of Morton supporters - having an affinity with people that you don't know, because you share a love of your local football club. It's not supposed to be about point scoring and showing how 'clever' or 'funny' you are, or just being downright rude and offensive to people you don't know, because you can get away with it. Unfortunately, it seems the classic case of people who have little standing/presence in real life, use this forum as a way of making themselves feel as if they are something. It's sad, and I've said that before..

So, having been on Morton forums for about 15 years I guess, I've had enough... well done t*ssers, another Morton supporter driven away. You can all feel happy at how 'clever' you are

I think we should enter the Scottish Cup in the first round, ever single season. It increases the chances of finally getting Wick away.

I think everybody should enter at the first round.

It is known that one day we will draw Wick Academy in the big cup, and it will be at home. The SFA will drown in rivets.

Peter Weatherson is the greatest player since Ritchie, and should be assigned 'chairman for life'

Including overseas territories.

Cayman Islands away please.

This is why the Coupe de France is such a bangin' tournament. Over 8,000 clubs compete, and many of these are from the French overseas territories. The first six rounds are purely regional, so teams from Guadeloupe only play each other. But then, round 7 becomes national. So you get games like these:

That's right: Rodez had an away-day to Tahiti.

I see that teams apply for a potential overseas draw.

What overseas places could be claimed to be Scottish?

We could try and claim New Caledonia off the French?

We can get Nova Scotia back as well. Darien too.

Not any more; they lost by a relatively narrow margin to Linlithgow in the last round.

Bute, Arran, Skye, Shetland, Orkney, Islay, Mull and Harris should all have island select teams entered into the tournament.

Rothes host Annan in the second round, either one would be a fairly qual away day, needless to say the former is better.

Brora will surely horse Coldstream, and that's the grand prize tie right there.
