Alloa V Morton

Recommended Posts

Second game of the season and first away match.

Alloa have taken their pitch in a good bit which is going to make playing with any width quite difficult. This could suit us though, given our midfield 3 are pretty effective going through the middle.

Not sure what the injury situation is with MacLean, but he'll be a miss if he's out. Assuming he is, my team would something like below:

Gaston

Tumilty
Waddell
Buchanan
McKeown

McAlister
Tidser
Miller

Bell
Telfer
Oliver.

Oliver in for McHugh as i feel he's better at holding the ball up.

Kilday out because i'd like to see Waddell and i believe Buchanan will get better.

TIME FOR CHANGE!

**** sake, Ray’s got on a Nike Morton top in his latest interview, a few folk will be fuming at this.

Sackable offence imo

There's a storm on the horizon

And for that I can't see the sun

For I'll keep a waiting on the pavement

For the ice cream van to come

Millar.

McGhee needs some support, there's no-one backing him up.
Hayes playing it forward, Bell being forced to do it all alone, now forward from Marr, here's Ritchie, still Andy Ritchie, look at the control...

That is a marvellous goal from Andy Ritchie. Twenty minutes on the clock and Morton's supporters come alive. A goal which epitomises the control, the arrogance, the cheek of Andy Ritchie.
