So Celtic are actually going to **** it, aren't they? Rangers and Killie ahead of them in the table. The 'Bhoys' have two games in hand over the latter and one over the former, but this isn't the season where you just call that a win-in-waiting. Rangers go into the second half of the season without the distraction of Europe, whereas Celtic have at least one two-legged tie coming up, possibly in Russia or Ukraine.
This season's SPL looks a bit more interesting than ever, with Rangers and Kilmarnock currently joint top, only one point ahead of both Celtic and Aberdeen; and only four points separating first and fifth placed Hearts.
I think that Celtic will win it yet again, but it is more than a foregone conclusion that Scottish Football's detractors have often mentioned over the years.
