maccaboy
will the bbc scotland be showing any highlight,s ? don't hold your breath - there were six pages of international matches on BBC's Teletext last night; you could find out how the likes of Albania, Cyprus and Switzerland were doing but there wasn't a mention of our game to be seen....... nor did the previous night's Carling Nations Cup match. Rhubarb Mess
I'll need to take your word for it! Paddy it was good, if not a little ehhh different, the look on folks faces when you started was absolutely pricless. feck me I even managed to remember my French which I can only do when razzled..need to do the 2 day after game again sometime, Thursday night in the Celt was superb and having the entire Friday to relax was a pleasure. btw, get me some photies over if the lads send any on, got one of you being handed a cup of TEA in the Confession Box, thats nearly bribe material. Mortonbug
The people in Dublin were class, although many didn't seem to know why we were there! Like Cardiff all over again. Had a great time and was nice to see us giving them a cuffing! Looking forward to warmer weather, and better crowds - especially if the Ireland match is a decider - in May! "In a country lacerated by the sharp shards of broken brown-eyed promises, in a world bent low by the burden of disease, war and the price of Thunderbird, who is left to make full account of God and Britain's depleted moral mini bar?
