Ton or NoTON
A bit like your existence, TiS! Way too s***e. Your as much of a ***t as Lloyds Bank! As for you Cappielow Catherine, away and 'bile yer heid!' you rocket.

The Bewilderedbeast
Now that the Brothers Grimm have purchased the former IBM site, see Telegraph print edition today, and the continued speculation of them becoming the new club owners, could there be a flitting in the offing? Ghost
Probably for a bigger garage for all the buses, plus they are expanding their fleet, Earnhill Road isn't suitable for them these days especially when bad weather kicks in
TRVMP
Only 15% zoned for recreation. Housing and commercial is where the money is. Who knows what will happen?
EanieMeany
They own half of Inverclyde these days, not a particularly healthy set-up. A Morton stadium out there would be pretty shite, tbh. AWMSC
Flyerton
A Morton stadium out there would be pretty s***e, tbh. I can see the former IBM site usage going along the lines of: bus depot, an Asda etc and housing. They've just shut down the IBM Halt train station but I can see that re-opening in the future. Malt
Stadium be pretty good down there but the Train line would be wild as only one platform. Would need home And away entrance in event of a big game.

This is because actually closing a station, legally speaking, is extremely difficult, costly, and time-consuming. That's also why the Barry Links station near Carnoustie still gets intermittent services. * it is
TRVMP
Also I bet they have zero interest in a stadium out there.
vikingTON
They own half of Inverclyde these days, not a particularly healthy set-up. A Morton stadium out there would be pretty s***e, tbh. 'Rich locals in owning a lot of a provincial town' shock. The site is supposed to be a place for the extended 'family' of Morton supporters - having an affinity with people that you don't know, because you share a love of your local football club. It's not supposed to be about point scoring and showing how 'clever' or 'funny' you are, or just being downright rude and offensive to people you don't know, because you can get away with it. Unfortunately, it seems the classic case of people who have little standing/presence in real life, use this forum as a way of making themselves feel as if they are something. It's sad, and I've said that before.. So, having been on Morton forums for about 15 years I guess, I've had enough... well done t*ssers, another Morton supporter driven away. You can all feel happy at how 'clever' you are

OneCornetto
Also I bet they have zero interest in a stadium out there. All seems a bit too coincidental to me. They buy the land next to Cappielow, then have a look round with Llambias with rumours of a takeover. Then, following rumours earlier in the year of a stadium at Spango Valley they buy a chunk of land down there. Maybe it is a coincidence but it will be interesting to see what happens given the Easdale spokesperson said they’re close to a takeover.
EanieMeany
They also bought the wee bits of grass across from EE/TSC. Doubt they're planning on sticking a training ground in there. AWMSC
BishopBrennan
Can't beat a thread full of curtain twitching pish. I reckon the reason they've bought the IBM site is to build a new bus depot, I just can't see them stumping up the money to shift the club over there. You address me by my proper title, you little bollocks!
Mr Toon
Is uninformed speculation any different from curtain twitching pish?
Malt
IBM will be housing in my opinion. They paid 1.5million and with a housing development could really coin it in. Maybe they will buy further parts of IBM for a Garage but they have bought these pieces of land for profit making opportunities.
TheGoon
They are not building us a stadium. They want a return on their investments, we wouldn’t be able to give them one for many, many years.
