More sad than angry after that. Team gave everything, defence solid for the most part. Thought kilday had his best game in years, and we looked somewhat threatening in attacking areas.

 

Despite inviting pressure from the 60th minute I honestly didn't see us conceding the longer it went on.

 

We need to take the performance in to Saturday now.

We were pressing well, but s***ebag kicked in. Then the first sub aimed at keeping us back more.

I agree that the sub looked dodgy and defensive when I saw it but I actually think Millar helped us get the ball further off the pitch and reignited our pressing higher up the field.

Doubt that was his intention though.

 

Annoyance at the sub also skewed by the fact it was Millar that lost the ball that led to the goal.

I'd blame Dallas more than Millar but its just one of those things. Millar tried to play it long and Dallas tried to spin behind.
