AyrshireTon
FFS. McGhee needs some support, there's no-one backing him up. Hayes playing it forward, Bell being forced to do it all alone, now forward from Marr, here's Ritchie, still Andy Ritchie, look at the control... That is a marvellous goal from Andy Ritchie. Twenty minutes on the clock and Morton's supporters come alive. A goal which epitomises the control, the arrogance, the cheek of Andy Ritchie. so72
Good. Game management has always been something we’ve struggled with. This will be a great result if it stays like this. Commentators curse. Would have took a point before Kick-Off.

TRVMP
Obviously disappointing but a draw is a decent result, and these things happen when you sit deep for an hour against a team that scores a lot of goals. Not saying it was the wrong tactic, just that it's a hazard. We can beat Dundee and I think the players will have that belief after our decent run of form. GiGi
Good point all the same with other results. Partick back to the rock, murky bottom of the table. Hahaha Peter Weatherson is the greatest player since Ritchie, and should be assigned 'chairman for life'

dunning1874
Gutter it happened that way but we’d all have taken it before the game. Only one defeat in five in the league now and bad as that one was, we should be confident against Dundee. pink_panther
cringe.. FULL TIME: Dundee United 1-1 Morton. Despite the last minute equaliser from Lawrence Shankland, that is a phenomenal result from Morton against the league leaders. Thanks to all the travelling support and congratulations to Kalvin Orsi for his first goal. GIDDY UP ORSI! #MonEhTon

Madton
Must have been a gutter for those who travelled but we would all have took a point before the game. Lose 8 away games on the bounce then pick up 7/9, classic Morton. 2 winnable home games coming up. Win both and we are 4th. Couple of decent signings and 4th is absolutely realistic. Unfortunately so is 10th due to the nature of this league. Alloa have picked up 10/12 ffs.
vikingTON
Would have liked to have played a more aggressive pressing game - I think we’d have created more and been under less pressure - but the team stuck to a clearly organised and disciplined defensive plan throughout. That’s progress compared to the shapeless rabble we’ve appeared like earlier in the season - plus the fact that players are putting their bodies on the line which wasn’t the case before. An excellent ball (presumably from Cadden) for the goal and an Oyenuga-style moment in the sun for Orsi. I’d have taken a point with ten minutes to go, such was the backs to the wall nature of the game. To get out of that fixture with a point more than anyone is likely to get there (while Dundee United are still going for the title) and with an even more favourable set of fixtures remaining is a good day at the office for us. The site is supposed to be a place for the extended 'family' of Morton supporters - having an affinity with people that you don't know, because you share a love of your local football club. It's not supposed to be about point scoring and showing how 'clever' or 'funny' you are, or just being downright rude and offensive to people you don't know, because you can get away with it. Unfortunately, it seems the classic case of people who have little standing/presence in real life, use this forum as a way of making themselves feel as if they are something. It's sad, and I've said that before.. So, having been on Morton forums for about 15 years I guess, I've had enough... well done t*ssers, another Morton supporter driven away. You can all feel happy at how 'clever' you are
