Ton4life
Well just shows you that our squad are not at the races in terms of pay cheques. As the BBC report indicates Dundee Unt are not been run on correct business lines and should be declared insolvent. No other line of business would be allowed to continue operating with such losses. I assume the owner is picking up an ego cheque. But this is no where near the losses Rangers must be ammasing. It would be so funny if they fail to get promoted again this season. TheGoon
Ayr 2-0 up against Partick already. That game at Firhill next week is going to be a shanner.
AyrshireTon
Arbroath doing their bit to keep us out of the relegation play-offs by leading 2-1 against Alloa. The flipside is that we currently sit 7 points behind Arbroath. McGhee needs some support, there's no-one backing him up. Hayes playing it forward, Bell being forced to do it all alone, now forward from Marr, here's Ritchie, still Andy Ritchie, look at the control... That is a marvellous goal from Andy Ritchie. Twenty minutes on the clock and Morton's supporters come alive. A goal which epitomises the control, the arrogance, the cheek of Andy Ritchie. vikingTON
Failing to beat that abject fucking rabble next week is inexcusable. The site is supposed to be a place for the extended 'family' of Morton supporters - having an affinity with people that you don't know, because you share a love of your local football club. It's not supposed to be about point scoring and showing how 'clever' or 'funny' you are, or just being downright rude and offensive to people you don't know, because you can get away with it. Unfortunately, it seems the classic case of people who have little standing/presence in real life, use this forum as a way of making themselves feel as if they are something. It's sad, and I've said that before.. So, having been on Morton forums for about 15 years I guess, I've had enough... well done t*ssers, another Morton supporter driven away. You can all feel happy at how 'clever' you are

EanieMeany
Inverness' position in that chart (and Ayr's) debunks yet another of Hopkin's rubbish excuses about playing the top three teams in the league. AWMSC
Alibi
4 points from the last 6 games is extremely poor by any measure. If we lose on Saturday, Hopkin's position will be untenable - although I think he's pretty much unsackable in reality, despite the obvious fuck up he is making of this season. "Any nation given the opportunity to regain its national sovereignty and which then rejects it is so far beneath contempt that it is hard to put words to it." TONofmemories
Utter turmoil. All seems like a stripping back exercise to me. Yes the likes of Andy Bryan were guilty, but it seems to me there's an inside agenda to get certain folk out the door. Suspect Mark has taken the chance to get out whilst he can. I I wonder what our golkeeping coach has in the way of groundsman credentials.... TIME FOR CHANGE!
BluebirdTon
Plastic Pitch going in for start of 20/21 season, hence severe cost cutting this season. Pitch cost is approx. 500k The Ton Survived & Your Pipe Dream Died 18th September 2014
Scott
Genuinely wouldn’t be surprised to see a plastic pitch go in. It would suit the club in terms of the community side of things, training can take place at cappielow, no need for an actual groundsman so costs would be reduced. Despite that I’d hate to see a plastic pitch at Cappielow. Would look utter shite.

TheGoon
I don’t know if complaints going in about Timmins are absolute nonsense or not, but if there’s a chance to relieve him of his duties, we should take it.
Mr Toon
'after receiving a better job offer.' If that's true it is no surprise and he should leave with our best wishes. He has done a great job at Cappielow over the years.
