I might be wrong but didn't he make a few first team appearances under Duffy? Captain of a Development squad means little, Ruben Sammut is the captain of Chelsea u23s and he is honking. That conclusion is normally drawn on a transfer deadline day when Morton free a couple of development players, send a few more out on loan, then do nothing.
