Tidser was OK tonight not great. Reece Lyon was outstanding. I don't think he gave the ball away once during the whole 90 minutes.

Chris Miller had two really good chances, one in each half with the same result on each occasion, snatched over the bar.

Falkirk didn't have one attack worthy of the name in the second half and were happy to leave with a point.

He oozed class as per and if he wasn’t on the park we would of struggled. Tidser, Millar and Lyons is our best midfield by a mile.

If JJ could of given us half an hour with substitutions with pace and weren’t blowing after their 3rd game in a week then he would of hit them and we’d of went onto win. JJ’s absolutely cost us tonight, embarrassing. Just a total amateur.

Falkirk, their fans and their management team are a mess. Get them down!

I'm not JJ's biggest fan at all but, like I said on the other thread, we were doing OK at that stage of the game when they got the sending off. We pushed the wing backs higher and kept possession further back the park to draw them out but couldn't really break them down.

The subs could maybe have come on a bit earlier but using this as a stick to beat him with is a bit wide of the mark and distracts from his real weaknesses. It seems to be a case of 'he's a rubbish manager so that was bad' rather than it actually being that bad.

Our centrebacks had the ball between them when there wasn't a Falkirk player in our half on multiple occasions. It wasn't a tactic to draw them out, it was a tactic to not concede.

When you are playing 11 against 10 the aim is to get the ball as wide as possible and play from side to side until space is created. Leaving wingbacks isolated and sometimes doubled up on was not giving us any advantage. Changing the system to having wingers/wider midfielders with overlapping fullbacks pulling Falkirk players out of position to create spaces really is the most basic of management tactics when you have a man advantage and its crazy that we have a manager who can't even see that.

Good people will do good things, bad people will do bad things, but only with religion do good people do bad things!

I know it sounds counter-productive but when their guy went off it'd have made sense for us to go to a back 4, bring the midfield back and let Kiltie get the ball driving at them with wide options. It's an idea at least, JJ had none. He needs to go, our players deserve better.

Nah, we played it across the defence and into midfield and were looking to draw them out but they were happy to sit in. Immediately after the sending off that was the right thing to do along with pushing the fullbacks up and keeping them wide to spread the game.

I'm making the same points of two threads here but I do concede the subs were far too late. I saw the times they came in after the game and thought it was earlier.

We don’t have anything upfront. That’s the problem.

We have played a lot worse than last night so it wasn’t as tragic as some are making out.

Unfortunately we do not have a Rudden, Dobbie or the likes to put the ball away.

The Falkirk goal was due to Kilday losing his man.

We've got good players and an utterly abject manager. Put McKinnon in our dug out tonight and we'd have won by 3/4 goals.

Against a team assembled by McKinnon and set up by McKinnon and it must be acknowledged on a much bigger budget than us. There seems to be some strange logic working here.

As well as being an absolute rat, McKinnon is not a particularly good manager as his record shows.

Not really. If they win their game in hand they'll be only 5 points behind Morton with a gold difference that's close (or could be) equal: whether you put that down to McKinnon doing a good job or Johansson doing a bad one, you still end up with Morton having several more points than we do now.

Tough game in hand for them at Ross County, mind you.
