  1. That's a fair point actually. Last season we could mix it up a bit as we had a few more attacking options out wide, notably a fitter Quitongo and Calvin Miller. This season we've the likes of Bearne and McGrattan being used sparingly as Dougie seems reluctant to deviate from the norm. Which is understandable to a degree considering our run of form.
  2. Our next 2 home games will tell us which play offs we'll be competing in. 2 wins and the game at Airdrie is massive.
  3. I've looked back to last season when we had another long unbeaten run and that run occurred before Oakley had even signed for us. It's a grim stat with him missing from the team but there has to be more to it. We're not a one man team and we've still the same core of players.
  4. Would've made more sense to have had the Morton crowd more spread out in the shed as moving around at HT was problematic to say the least.
  5. I know you're joking but Jai will be more frustrated than anyone with his continual injury problems.
  6. Absolutely. Pyro should always be encouraged. I'd even sell it outside the ground.
  7. In amongst the poor fare on show tonight there were still some decent performances.....notably Allan Power who was absolutely outstanding. Our 2 centre halfs were also excellent, distribution aside but there were mitigating circumstances there. We'll be back, this is a spell that was always going to come around eventually. These players have done us proud and deserve the time to turn it round again. Which they will, no doubt in my mind.
  8. That bit of trickery by Garrity towards the end was absolutely tremendous but why the fuck did he feel the need to dive?!? The cageyness around Oakleys injury is bugging me btw, no timescale of when he's back? Surely we know the extent of his injury by now.
  9. Good news. He was a bit off the pace at Raith but understandable considering his injury woes. A bug could be a blessing in disguise if he's fit for tomorrow.
  10. You have to be joking. I hope he was shouted down. That beggars belief.
  11. I hope if today is the day the run goes the fans don't turn on the team. If anything they deserve acknowledgement for a tremendous effort. This wasn't going to last forever. Fingers crossed we can turn it around though.
