So, they have a case to answer, in the eyes of the league. That's provisionally great news for us. It's not a win, yet, but that's the first hurdle cleared in what is quite a tough case to prove.

Let's absolutely rinse these fuckers and hasten their liquidation.

If it turns out they've no case to answer we're due an explanation. Either way I hope McKinnon breaks his silence once this is resolved.

I'm confident that it won't make it as far as a tribunal. Falkirk will want things done and dusted in order to have as much free cash as possible before January. If, and this is a massive if, there are circumstances around McKinnon's exit that Morton would rather keep private, they will also be keen to settle away from a tribunal. If Morton have their house in order in regards to McKinnon's accusations, and have nothing to hide, Rae might dig in his heels and push it all the way.

There are interesting times ahead.

You address me by my proper title, you little bollocks!

If it drags on, only the lawyers win. Rae should ask for the full year of severance to start with but be willing to reduce it a bit, IMO.

A ruling by the end of the year to absolutely fuck their January budget would be nice, but if it rumbles on for months until they're a League One club and we can vote down the CVA that would be lovely.

Not sure what punishments can be issued if Falkirk found guilty. Hopefully a points reduction is one of them, and it being just enough to see them relegated after rallying in January.

Expulsion from the league For Falkirk and exile in Syria for McKinnon, ideally.
