FULL TIME: Ayr 1-2 Morton. WOWZEROONEY! Greenock Morton: incredible! The Ton get the win here at Somerset Park after goals from Kalvin Orsi and Nicky Cadden. This really could be a huge win in the long run. I love this club, MON EH TONNN! Blue heartBlue heart #WeAreMorton

World of difference in the belief in that team tonight. Fought for everything and sensed that Ayr were there for the taking in that 2nd half.

McGhee needs some support, there's no-one backing him up.
Hayes playing it forward, Bell being forced to do it all alone, now forward from Marr, here's Ritchie, still Andy Ritchie, look at the control...

That is a marvellous goal from Andy Ritchie. Twenty minutes on the clock and Morton's supporters come alive. A goal which epitomises the control, the arrogance, the cheek of Andy Ritchie.

Good result. If we'd won on Sat we'd be a point off playoffs. Shows you how expensive those 2 points dropped were.

 

Peter Weatherson is the greatest player since Ritchie, and should be assigned 'chairman for life'
