Quite happy to see any pressure being lifted from Crawford in the Dunfermline job with that result, as he’s the weakest link at that club. They can trundle along in midtable for now before doing their next, inevitable five game losing streak in April instead.

We really should be looking to beat Dundee next week as well.

The site is supposed to be a place for the extended 'family' of Morton supporters - having an affinity with people that you don't know, because you share a love of your local football club. It's not supposed to be about point scoring and showing how 'clever' or 'funny' you are, or just being downright rude and offensive to people you don't know, because you can get away with it. Unfortunately, it seems the classic case of people who have little standing/presence in real life, use this forum as a way of making themselves feel as if they are something. It's sad, and I've said that before..

So, having been on Morton forums for about 15 years I guess, I've had enough... well done t*ssers, another Morton supporter driven away. You can all feel happy at how 'clever' you are

Nothing to fear whatsoever

Just confirms that if we had had a half decent manager we would easily be lurking in the top 4

We’ve already beaten them this season and they’ve got just four points more than us. Once you look past their big name signings and even bigger budget the reality is that they’re playing like a piss-poor second tier side at the moment and so should be treated with no more respect than the likes of Dunfermline.

There's not much in it, but Dundee have the worse form in the league over the last ten games.

Wonder if they will sack McPake this week or wait until we beat them.

It's important they give the boy a chance to get gubbed twice by the Ton.

I just watched the highlights of the Dunfermline Dundee match. There's absolutely no reason why we can't beat Dundee on Saturday. We're on a good run and look like a far more cohesive unit than we did against Partick. Hopefully we will have a new signing or two to boost us.

You address me by my proper title, you little bollocks!

There's a real opportunity to sneak into the playoffs in this gubbins division with one or two decent additions. The current squad will be at risk of relegation such are the margins this year.

Peter Weatherson is the greatest player since Ritchie, and should be assigned 'chairman for life'

Dundee in for Berra, and have Ross Wallace on trial atm. Both would be good but expensive signings.

Christophe Berra is finished. Not sure he even has it for this level, one of the slowest Premiership players ive seen.

Speaking of strikers (though I use that term quite loosely) Steven MacLean is heading to Raith on loan from Hearts. I’d have taken him, but he’s probably a bit too simillar to Sutton, and more of a fanny.
